Option 1: Move Better
Scott Shepard will meet with you remotely via Zoom or Facetime and will take you through a series of Movement Assessments that will help determine your Physical Capacity for Key Golf Swing Movements and Positions. Scott's proprietary "Position Specific Mobility" testing will enable him to develop a Custom Weekly Golf Specific Mobility and Movement Activation Plan that you will be able to compete at home with minimal equipment. Scott will send you an Exercise Template and Videos that teach you how to perform the exercises. This plan also includes a follow up screen 6-weeks post initiation of the program to assess improvements and next steps.

Option 2: Move STRONGER
Scott Sheaprd will meet with you remotely via Zoom or Facetime and will take you through a series of Strength Assessments that will help determine your Physical Capacity for a strong and stable golf swing. Scott's proprietary "Position Specific Strength" testing will enable him to develop a Custom Weekly Fitness Plan that you will be able to complete at home with minimal equipment. Scott will send you an Exercise Template and Videos that teach you how to perform the exercises. This plan also includes a follow up screen 6-weeks post initiation of the program to assess improvements and next steps.

Option 3: Move FASTER
Scott Shepard will meet with you remotely via Zoom or Facetime and will take through a series of Movement and Power Tests that will help determine your Physical Capacity for creating Swing Speed. Scott's proprietary "Position Specific Power" testing will enable him to develop a Custom Weekly Golf Specific Swing Speed Plan that you will be able to complete at home with minimal equipment. Scott will send you an Exercise Template and Videos that teach you how to perform the exercises. This plan also includes a follow up screen 6-weeks post initiation of the program to assess improvements and next steps.

Option 4: REMOTE GOLF FITNESS TRAINING
Scott Shepard will meet with you for 60 minute training sessions that will be custom tailored to your body and swing needs. You will be able to train at home with minimal equipment needs. Scott will take you through mobility, activation, and golf specific training exercises that will improve endurance, core strength, flexibility, and strength/power. Scott will also give you recommendations for independent exercises to be performed throughout the week to support the training goals.
Cost: $125 per session (Training Packages Available to Reduce Session Cost)
Option 5: REMOTE GOLF FITNESS TRAINING MEMBERSHIP
Scott Shepard will meet with you remotely once per month to assess you and create custom workout plan progressions. Scott will provide you with new weekly workout videos sent to you directly. Scott will be available weekly via text and email for specific questions and exercise progression needs. Scott will also send weekly workout reminders for accountability purposes.
Cost: $160/month
